INGRIDENT: -
Potato
Carrot (gajar)
Paneer
Cauliflower (phool gobhi)
Capsicum (Shimla mirch)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Green chilies (chopped)
Fresh Coriander
Salt to taste
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder (haldi)
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Garlic and ginger paste
Mango powder (aamchoor)
Asafoetida
Oil

Method: -
Now take all vegetables and cut into small pieces.






 Now take a pan on flame pour oil into the pan, when oil become hot fry all vegetables one by one. Now take another pan on flame pour 3 tables spoon oil, now add chopped onion and stir it,





 when onion turn in brown colour add ginger garlic paste and roast it. Now add tomatoes and stir it well,



when tomatoes become tender add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, mango powder, asafoetida and stir it well, now add some water and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. After that add all the vegetables and mix it well. Now pour green chilies and coriander leaves and mix it. After 5 minutes take vegetable into the bowl and sever with chapati.
