Method: -
First we
take potatoes and boiled them, when potatoes are boiled peel it and with the
help of hands mashed it.
Now take a pan on flame pour some oil, now oil
become hot add cumin, after that add bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom,
black pepper and ginger paste. After 5 minutes add chopped tomatoes and stir
it. When tomatoes become tender add salt to taste, red chili powder, turmeric,
coriander powder, mango powder, asafoetida and stir it well, now add some water
and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Now add boiled potatoes and stir it,
after 5 to 6 minutes add some water and cook it on high flame, when the water is boiling cover the pan and cook it on medium flame. After some time check the sabji, if its consistency become thick add green chilies and fresh coriander and stir it. Now take this in a bowl and server with chapati and rice.
