BREAD PAKORA



INGREADIENTS:-


  • Boiled potatoes
  • Bread
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder
  • Green chili
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Gram flour (Besan)
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Asafetida (Hing)
  • Carom seeds

METHOD:-
First we take a bowl and pour gram flour into it. Now add salt to taste add carom seeds, asafetida, add water and make a batter not to thick and not to thin.



FOR FILLING:-    
Take a pot and put on the flame now add 2 tsp oil when oil become warm add cumin seeds after one min. add boiled potatoes , add salt  to taste ,Red chili powder (according to your taste) coriander powder , garam masala powder and mix it well .Now add green chili fresh coriander leaves and mix it well. Now putt off the flame.


Take a pot and pour oil into the pot and put on the flame for heating the oil. In the another side take bread slice and put potato mixture on the one side of bread take another bread and put on the first bread.


Now cut the bread in triangle shape after that take one piece of bread and dip into the gram batter and pour the hot oil when the pakora become golden brown.





Now take out the pakora and serve with mint chutney.
