SPINACH LEAVES
INGREDIANT:-
Spinach
(palak)
Gram flour
Carom seeds
Salt to
taste
Red chili
powder
Coriander
powder
Garam masala
Asafetida
Oil (for
frying)
METHOD:-
Take spinach
leaves and wash it thoroughly. After that rest spinach leaves 15-20 min.
Now take
bowl and pour gram flour add salt (to taste), Red chili powder (according to
your taste), coriander powder, garam masala, asafetida carom seeds and mix it
well. Now add water and make a thin batter.
Take spinach leaves one by one dip into the
batter
and deep fry in hot oil when leaves become
golden brown take it out from the pot and serve with chutney.
