INGREDIANT: -
Aalo (potatoes)
Shimla mirch (capsicum)
Ginger garlic paste
Onion (chopped)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Salt to taste
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Green chilies (chopped)
Fresh coriander (chopped)
Asafoetida
Oil

METHOD: -
First we cut potatoes and capsicum in small pieces.





 Now take a pan on flame and pour oil into it, when oil become hot add chopped onion. After 5 to 7 minutes add potatoes and stir it,




when onion turn into brown colour add ginger garlic paste and stir it. Now add salt to taste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, asafoetida and stir it. After 5 minutes add chopped tomatoes and stir it and cover the pan. Now 5 to 7 minutes tomatoes become tender mash it with the help of spatula. Now add capsicum and stir it and cover the pan,




 after some time check Shimla mirch and potatoes, if it is cooked add green chilies and fresh coriander and stir it, now take this in a bowl and serve with roti.
