INGREDIANT:-
Chickpea (white chana)
Tea (chai
patti)
Tomatoes
(chopped)
Onion
(chopped)
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Cumin
(jeera)
Salt
Red chili
powder
Turmeric
powder
Mango powder
Coriander
powder
Garam masala
Chana masala
Green
chilies (chopped)

coriander leaves
Asafetida
Oil
Method:-
Take
chickpea soak overnight in water and boiled with tea (chaipatti).
Now take a pot on flame add oil, when oil
become warm add cumin, After that add chopped onion,
when onion turn into brown colour add garlic
and ginger paste, after that add tomatoes,
when tomatoes become tender add salt to taste,
red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chana
masala, mango powder, asafetida and stir it well. Now add some water and cook it 7
to 8 minutes. After that add boiled chickpea and some water and cook it. When chickpea (chole)
consistency is thick add chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves and
stir it. After 5 minutes take it in a bowl and serve with rice and chapati
whatever you like.
