INGREDIENT:-
Paneer (cottage cheese)
Tomatoes
Onion
Red chili
powder
Salt to
taste
Coriander
powder
Garam masala
Turmeric
powder (haldi)
Fresh cream
Fresh
coriander leaves
Butter
Cashew nut
(kaju)
Oil
METHOD:-
Take a pot
first put it on flame and add oil into it. Now add chopped onion and stir it,
when onion become in light brown add chopped tomatoes and stir it.
When tomatoes become tender add kaju, salt, and simmer for 5 minutes. Now take this mixture in a blender and make smooth paste.
After that
take a pot on a flame and pour the mixture into it. Now add red chili powder,
turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and stir it. After that add
some water and cook for 6 to 7 min, now add some more water and cook it well.
When the consistency of curry is thick and
smooth add butter and paneer pieces,
stir slowly, now add fresh cream and stir it. Now butter paneer is ready take it out in a bowl and garnish with cream and fresh coriander leaves.
