INGREDIENT: -
Arbi
Tomatoes (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Ginger (chopped)
Red chili
powder
Salt to
taste
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Asafoetida
Mango powder
Garam masala
Cumin
Green chilies
(chopped)
Fresh coriander
leaf
METHOD: -
First, we take
arbi and peel them and cut into pieces, now take a pan on flame pour water and
boil arbi. When arbi become soft take out in a plate and keep aside.
Now take another pan on flame and pour oil, after
that add cumin when cumin cook add onion and stir it well, when onion turn in
brown add ginger, garlic now add tomatoes and stir. After that tomatoes tender
take this mixer in a mixer jar and make smooth paste.
Now take a pan again on flame pour this mixer
and stir it, now add salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric
powder, mango powder, asafoetida and stir it,
after 5 min.
add some water and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Now add arbi and stir it and pour
some water and cook on high flame, when water on a boiling stage medium the
flame and cover the pan and cook it. After some time check the sabji when consistency
become thick add green chilies and coriander leaf and stir it. Now off the flame
and take this in a bowl and serve hot.
