Parwal (pointed

Coriander
seeds
Fennel seeds
(saunf)
Turmeric powder
Red chili
powder
Mango powder

Onion (sliced)
METHOD: -
First we take
parwal and peel them.
Now cut from the centre but not separate the pieces.
Now take a pan on a flame and roast the all spices in law flame (methi dana, coriander
seeds, fennel seeds). When the spices are roasted take in a plate and grind in
a mixer now mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, mango powder, asafoetida and
mix it well. Now take parwal and fill with this masala one by one and keep it
aside.
Now take a pan on a flame pour oil into it,
now pour sliced onion after 5min. add parwal and stir well now cover the pan.
After 5 to 10 min stir the parwal and again cover
the pan. When parwal is completely cooked off the flame and take it out. Serve parwal
with paratha, chapati as you like.
