INGRIDENT: -
Suji (semolina) 200 grm
Sugar (200 grm)
Cashew nut (kaju)
Raisin (kismis)
Ghee (200 grm)

METHOD: -
First, we take a pan on a flame and pour ghee into it, now add suji and stir well.




When suji turn in brown colour add water into it, after that add sugar (if you like sweet then add more sugar) and stir it. Now stir halwa continuously, add cashew nut and raisin, when halwa become in thick consistency switch off the flame and take it in a bowl.
