Ingredient: -
Rice (2 cup)
Sugar (one
and half cup)
Cashew nut (kaju)
Green cardamom
(choti elayachi)
Ghee
Yellow food
colour
METHOD: -
First, we take
rice and soak in water for 2 hours.
After that take a pot on a flame pour water
into it and add yellow food colour, when water become hot add rice and cook until
the rice become soft. Now drain the water,
now in a pan first we layer the rice (remember
rice should be hot) and pour some ghee, cashew nut and green cardamom powder,
now sprinkle sugar, after that again layer the rice and sprinkle some ghee,
cardamom powder, cashew nut repeat this process 2 to 3 time and keep aside for
1 hour. When rice soaked sugar syrup serve in a bowl and enjoy sweet rice.
