Ingredient:-
Boiled
potato
Black channa
(boiled)
Onion (chopped)
Tomato (chopped)
Green chilies
(chopped)
Fresh coriander
(chopped)
Red chili
powder
Salt to
taste
Chaat masala
Lemon juice
Tamarind
(imli) chutney
Mint chutney
Annar (pomegranate)

METHOD:-
Take boiled
potato and cut in two pieces.
Now with the help of spoon make a hole in
potato pieces one by one and keep aside. Now take boiled channa in a bowl add
salt to taste, red chili powder, onion, tomato, green chili, fresh coriander,
lemon juice and mix it well.
Now take a potato and fill with this stuffing one by one. Now sprinkle chaat masala, mint chutney and tamarind chutney on the top of the potato katori and some fresh annar (pomegranate) daana. Tasty potato katori are ready to eat.
