cauliflower chilla (gobhi chilla)




Ingredients: -
Besan (gram flour)
Grated gobhi (cauliflower)
Ginger garlic paste
Green chilli (chopped)
Cilantro (coriander) chopped
Salt to taste
Turmeric (haldi)
Asafoetida (hing)
Water
Oil

Method: -
First we take a bowl and pour gram flour into it. Now add cauliflower (gobhi) and mix it, add salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, cilantro (coriander leaf), turmeric, asafoetida and mix it well. After that add water and make a smooth consistency.



Now take a pan on flame and grease with oil, now spread the mixture with the help of ladle over the pan and spread it evenly.



 Wait for few minutes and pour few drops of oil along the side of the chilla and cook both the side until its cook. It is also useful for the diabetic patients. Now take it out and serve with chutney, tea as you like.
