INGRIDEANT: -
Boiled spinach
(palak)
Wheat flour
Garlic
Ginger
Green chilies
Salt to
taste
Carom seeds
(ajwain)
Oil (for
frying)
Asafoetida
METHOD: -
First we take
boiled spinach in a grinder jar add green chilies, garlic, ginger and make a smooth
paste.
Now take a wheat flour in a bowl and add spinach
puree, salt to taste, carom seeds, asafoetida and knead it.
Now take a pot on flame and pour oil for frying
puries. Now take a dough and divide in small balls, now take a ball and make
a small chapati one by one.
When oil become hot add these chapatis,
when the
puries become golden brown both side take it out and serve with boondi raita.
