BRINJAL PAKORA



INGREDIANT:-
Brinjal  (began)
Gram flour (besan)
Carom seeds
Salt to taste
Red chili powder (according to taste)
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Asafetida
Oil ( for frying)



METHOD:-
First we take brinjal and wash them. Now cut the brinjal in thin slices.


 After that take a bowl and pour gram flour. Now add salt, Red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, carom seeds, asafetida and mix it well. Now add water to make smooth batter. Batter consistency should not be thick and not to thin.



 Now take brinjal slice one by one and dip into the batter and deep fry in hot oil.




 When pakora become golden brown take it out and serve with chutney.
