MOONG DAAL PAKORA




INGREDIENTS:-
Moong daal (yellow lentil)
Carom seeds
Salt to taste
Red chili powder (according to your taste)
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Asafetida
Green chilies
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil (for frying)

METHOD:-

Take moong daal and soak in water 2-3 hours.



After that take daal and grind it coarsely, if you need water then add 2-3 tables spoons water in daal (yellow lentil) and grind it.



 Now take a bowl and pour the batter into it. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, carom seeds, asafetida, green chilies, fresh coriander leaves and mix it well.



 Now take a small  pieces from the batter and deep fry in hot oil.



 When pakora become golden brown take it out and serve with chutney.
