INGREDIENT:-
Paneer
(small square picese)
Gram flour
(besan)
Carom seeds
Salt to
taste
Red chili
powder (according to your taste)
Coriander
powder
Garam masala
Dry mango
powder
Asafetida
Oil (for
frying)
METHOD:-
Take a bowl
and pour gram flour into it. Now add salt, carom seeds, red chili powder,
coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, Asafetida and mix it well.
Now add water and make a batter remember the batter will not to thick and not
to thin.
After that take paneer cubes and dip in the batter
and deep fry
in hot oil.
When pakora became golden brown take it out
from the pot. Your paneer pakora is ready to eat.
