coconut burfi




INGREDIENT:-
Fresh coconut (one)
Sugar (one large cup)
Milk (one small cup)
Cardamom powder (choti ilayachi)

METHOD:-
First we take fresh coconut cut into small pieces and remove black portion and grind it.





 Now roast it for 5 to 6 minutes. Now add milk and roast it. After that add sugar.



 Now stir continuously add cardamom powder and stir it, when coconut become thick take it out in a grease plate. After some time cut coconut in small pieces.




 Burfi is ready to eat.
