INGREDIENT:-
Gram flour
(besan)
Salt to
taste
Green
chilies (chopped)
Onion
(chopped)
Fresh
coriander leaves
Asafetida
Turmeric
powder (haldi)
Oil
Method:-
Take gram
flour into the bowl and add salt to taste, turmeric powder, Green chilies,
coriander leaves, onion, asafetida and mix it well. Now add water and make a
smooth batter.
Now take a pan on flame and grease with oil /
butter. Now take some batter and spread all over the pan.
When you see bubble on the chilla flip it and
cook for 5 to 7 min. after cook well both side take it out and serve with tea,
chutney whatever you like.
