INGREDIANT:-
Bread
Potatoes
(boiled)
Salt to
taste
Red chili
powder (according to taste)
Coriander
powder
Garam masala
Cumin seeds
Green
chilies
Fresh
coriander leaves
Oil (for
frying)
METHOD:-
For filling:- Take a pot on flame add 2 table spoon oil after that add
cumin seeds and stir it after one min. add boiled potatoes Red chili powder,
coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well after that add green chili
and coriander leaves and mix it After one min. put off the flame.
Now take bread slice and cut the edges now
grease the edges of the bread with water and put potato filling in the center
of the bread and close tightly.
After that
deep fry the bread roll in hot oil. when bread roll become golden brown take it
out.
Your bread
roll is ready to eat serve with mint and coriander chutney.
