INGREDIANT:-
Boiled eggs
Gram flour
Carom seeds
Salt to
taste
Red chili
powder (according to your taste)
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Asafetida
Dry mango
powder
Oil (for
frying)
METHOD:-
Take a bowl
and pour gram flour into it. Now add salt, carom seeds, red chili powder,
coriander powder, garam masala, asafetida, dry mango powder and mix it well. Now
add water make a smooth batter.
After that take boiled egg one by one and dip
in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
When pakora become golden brown take it out
and serve with chutney.
