INGREDIANT:-
Potato
Salt to
taste
Red chili
powder (according to your taste)
Garam masala
Lemon juice
Tamarind
chutney (imli chutney)
Mint chutney
Roasted
cumin powder (jeera)
Chaat masala
Onion (chopped)
Tomato (chopped)
Oil (for
frying)
METHOD:-
First we
take potato and peel it and cut in small pieces.
After that take potato pieces and fry in hot
oil.
When potato become golden brown take it out into
a bowl. Now add salt (to taste), red chili powder (according to your taste),
garam masala, lemon juice, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, roasted cumin
powder, chaat masala, chopped onion, chopped tomato and mix it well. Now your potato chaat
ready. If you like more spicy then you add green chilies also.
