INGREDIENTS:-
Long green
chilies
Gram flour
Salt to
taste
Red chili
powder
Coriander
powder
Garam masala
Dry mango
powder
Carom seeds
Asafetida
Oil (for
frying)
FOR MASALA :-
Salt to
taste
Coriander
powder
Dry mango
powder
Roasted cumin
powder
METHOD:-
Take green
chilies and wash thoroughly. Now take chilies one by one and make a cut from
the center.
Now for masala take salt, coriander powder, dry
mango powder, roasted cumin powder and mix it well. After that take chilies and
fill with masala and keep chilies aside.
Now take a bowl and pour gram flour add salt,
red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, asafetida, carom seeds and
mix it well. Now add water and make a batter. The batter should not be thin and
not be thick.
Now take green chilies one by one dip into the
batter and deep fry in hot oil.
When pakora become golden brown take it out
from the pot and serve with chutney.
