GOBHI PAKORA



INGREDIANT:-
Cauliflower (gobhi)
Gram flour (besan)
Carom seeds
Salt to taste
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Mango powder
Asafetida
Oil (for frying)
METHOD:-
Take a bowl and pour gram flour into it now add carom seeds, asafetida, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, mango powder and water now mix it well. Batter should not to thick not to thin.




 After that cut the cauliflower in small pieces and wash them.




 Now take pieces dip into the batter and deep fry in hot oil.




When pakora become golden brown take it out. Serve with tomato sauce.
