INGREDINT:-
Onion
Gram flour
Carom seeds
Rice flour
Red chili
powder (according to your taste)
Salt to
taste
Coriander
powder
Garam masala
Dry mango
powder
Asafetida
Oil (for
frying)
METHOD:-
Take onion
and peel it. Now cut into slices.
After cutting, take slice and remove the rings
one by one.
Now take a bowl and pour gram flour into it.
Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, asafetida, dry
mango powder, rice flour and mix it well. Now add water and make a smooth batter.
Now take
onion rings one by one dip into the batter and fry in hot oil.
When rings become golden brown take it out
your onion rings are ready to eat.
